Inside the room
How the room actually works.
Ideas are shared for open review, questions from the Four Pillar sessions are explored and refined with mentor feedback, and members discuss trade setups together. The community is divided into separate rooms, allowing newer members to work through the four pillars with others at a similar stage, while more experienced traders can take part in higher-level discussions without the noise.
Public idea review
Post a trade idea and get written pushback from a mentor and the room before you put risk on.
Session questions, refined
Bring questions from the Four Pillar sessions to the community, where your understanding can be challenged, clarified and strengthened through mentor feedback.
Trade ideas and setups
Setups get discussed in the open, with the reasoning attached rather than just the ticker.
Trades reviewed after the fact
Revisit the idea when it plays out: what worked, what you misread, logged in public so the room learns from it.

General
Whether you have just joined, or you have a question you think might be basic or silly, have no fear.
THE ONLY STUPID QUESTIONS ARE THE ONES YOU DON’T ASK
Use this thread to ask anything you want about 4PT or about markets. Somebody will steer you in the right direction.

Illustrative example of a thread in the members-only board. The post copy is written for this illustration rather than reproduced from the forum.
How it is organised
Split by pillar, by purpose, and by level.
Threads sit under the pillar or the purpose they belong to, so a macro question and an options question do not land in the same feed.
The rooms are also split by level: newer members work through the four pillar theory together, and more advanced members have a higher tier to discuss in without the noise.

The life of an idea
From posted to reviewed.
You post the reasoning, not just the ticker
The idea goes up with the thinking behind it: what the regime looks like, why this business, and how you intend to express it.
A mentor and the room answer in writing
Written pushback arrives before you put risk on. That is the point of writing rather than talking: a spoken answer in a session is gone, a written one can be re-read later.
You adjust it, or you drop it
Plenty of ideas do not survive the questions. Finding that out before you size the position is the cheapest outcome on offer.
It gets revisited once it plays out
The thread reopens after the fact: what worked, what was misread. Logged in public, so the room learns from it and not only you.
What it is not
Not a signal channel.
Nobody posts an alert for you to copy. The room exists so an idea can be defended and questioned, which is the opposite of being told what to buy. If what you want is a stream of pings to follow without explanation, this is the wrong room.
